You can’t do something without thinking about it. When you feel stressed or anxious about something, it’s because you are thinking about that particular thing in a certain way. Your thoughts control your emotional state.
At Hypnotic Coaching, we help our clients change the way they think, so they can change the way they react to different situations. Through hypnosis, they learn how to firstly distract their mind and then using proven tools, they can regain control of their emotional state.
Part of the session is conducted in a deep hypnotic trance where we train the unconscious mind to act in a completely different way than it is currently acting. Then, in a conscious state, the client is taught coping mechanisms that will assist them in normally stressful situations.
Once a client has learned these techniques, they find that they can handle almost any situation in a calm and relaxed way.
